Hello Everyone!

It’s that time once again to take a look at everything that has happened in the past month! From major events, to product announcements, to amazing people providing great tips & best practices to help the Community, I guarantee there is something here for everyone. Let’s get started!

Announcements & Highlights:

As always, there are a TON of amazing things happening and here is just a small sample of all the great things you don’t want to miss out on!

• First up, while voting closed halfway through the month, I thought it was worth calling attention to this article as there are links to all the nominees and their amazing teamwork stories. • At the beginning of the month, the university team launched the latest associate certification! The ACA-910: ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations is a must have for all JSM power users. • Next, Statuspage has made some changes to Recent Subscriber notifications. Be sure to read through this if you believe it may affect you.

• On May 30th of this year, the Microsoft OneDrive for Business macro in Confluence Cloud will stop working. However, there is still other methods to embed OneDrive documents which are outlined in this article. Be sure to take action before it is deprecated.

• As of version 9.6 of Bamboo DC, agents local to the same server the Bamboo DC instance is installed on will no longer be available. The main reason for this is the performance issues that can/will be caused but local agents competing for resources on the server the DC instance is installed. New Features & Product Updates:

• First up, in case you missed it, Atlassian announced changes to Trello Workspaces for collaborator limits. This article goes over the timelines for when these changes will be coming, as well as some links to more information about these changes.

• Next, a platform update is coming to every Data Center product. This will provide breaking changes and platform-level improvements, including security and compliance enhancements and increased performance and scalability. Be sure to read the article for details.

• As of May 6th, Bitbucket Cloud will now have a 100Mb size limit of files pushed to a repository. Git LFS will still be supported to track large files outside of the repository, but be sure to check the article for more details.

• Jira Service Management is now offering the ability to gate Github deployments based on a workflow approval. Click the link and read more for all the details.

• Next, you now have more control over your Jira notifications that will be sent to you via email. You can now be more granular about the types of notifications you receive as well as changing those notifications per project. Please read the article for more details.

• Jira Work Management will now about you to insert a list/table of issues with the “/jira“ command. You can use filters, keywords or JQL to refine the list of issues.

• Next, a number of new updates have been released for Atlas. New templates for writing updates, connecting teams directly to goals and planning ahead by setting start dates for goals. Be sure to the article for all the details.

• Compass now has an expanded scorecard history so you can track the health of components over a longer period of time.

• Finally, Confluence Cloud has improved the way you nest content in the editor. It’s now easier to nest things like actions or quotes inside of a list.
