Our office needs to about 15-20 users. Which Trello package would get us that number of users?

Trello can support that many users regardless of the plan that you choose. What will change are the specific features that you get. Typically, a free plan will be more suited for very small teams without a lot of complexity.

The standard plan will give you a bit more functionality, and the premium will give you even more. All of the details are broken down on this page.

I would get a trial to begin with and you can figure out what functionality you like and don't like, and try to find the plan that fits your team best.

I can't figure out how to get the trial period to keep my boards and workspace. Each time I try to go to upgrade it says that I have nothing to upgrade or asks me to start my workspace.

I can't find that. When I go to workspaces, I only have the option of going down to a Guest workspace. It was created by a co-worker who retired. He made me an admin before he left, but it still shows up as a guest workspace for me.

@Marlaina Renae Whitsitt, you may need to reach out to Atlassian to get direct support with upgrading. I'm not sure why that would not be available to you.
