Hi

I'm working through the basic ITSM Terms module and I think the wrong answer is captured as correct.  I believe the correct answer should be false - the descriptions are around the wrong way. Does anyone else agree?

I concurred with @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ statement.  However, Incident Management in my option is focusing on handling the incidents and not proactively detect, analyze, and eliminate the causes.

The question is not properly stated...

Best, Joseph
