Today, we’re delighted to share with you the second ACA certification: ACA - Jira Software Board Configuration. That’s right! It’s time to start building your cert stack.

ACA - Jira Software Board Configuration shows you can effectively, dare we say gracefully, configure Jira Software boards. Earning this certification proves your understanding of Jira Software board types and concepts, as well as your ability to configure board filters, visual elements, and estimation settings.

ACA - Jira Software Board Configuration | Who it’s For

Jira Software Board Configuration is for board admins who want to power their career growth by proving they:

• Know the essentials of effective board configuration.

• Understand board types and concepts.

• Can configure board and filter permissions, columns and swimlanes, and appearance.

• Are able to configure estimation settings for scrum boards.

The certification is intended for Jira Software users in the following roles with board admin and board permissions:

• Project manager

• Development lead

• Scrum master

The exam is 60 minutes long, includes 25 questions, and has a passing score of 68%. It’s proctored online or in-person.

I gave it last night and this was an interesting one @Jaime Netzer I'll recommend this to all Jira admins and especially to the board admins.

I went to the software board configuration link.  The page says: 

Free exam training courses:

Dropped on November 30, 2023

No links to relevant classes. Not sure how I would take this exam without any prep courses. Can you clarify approach and what dropped on Nov 30th means?

Hi @Joanna Thurmann attached is the screen cap. The page loads but the only active link is to sign up for the exam.  You can see the text at the bottom of the page.  You can see the text I referenced at the bottom of the screen cap.  The implication is there are free training courses but no links to said courses. Perhaps I'm just confused?
