We're just migrated to Confluence 7.19.12 LTS recently, and I'm trying to download Team Calendars (Premium paid version) but do not see it in MarketPlace. Please help.
@Trung Tran In 7.11 Atlassian added this as part of Confluence Data Center and I was only able to find this version history on the marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/72307/team-calendars-for-confluence/version-history Which makes me think it is the same for server.

I downloaded the Team Calendars 7.0.17 for Data Center and installed but it said 'Incompatiable' with my confluence Server -7.19.12 LTS software. The MarketPlace does not show any version of Team Calendars for Confluence Server 7.12 and after.

It was migrated from Confluence Server 7.13.x with active license for Team Calendars good until February 2024.

Migrated or upgraded? I do not have a server instance available to me to look at anymore but in data center the team calendar feature is now bundled. You should submit a support issue to Atlassian since you still have a support until feb 2024 to see how to handle the issue.
