Feature Parity - "Questions for Confluence" Server vs Cloud

We are planning to migrate from Confluence Server to Cloud.

Hence would like to know the feature parity of  "Questions for Confluence" plugin/app between Confluence Server and Cloud.

Thanks @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ for your response. I already went through the link you mentioned but could not get the feature comparison between the server and cloud versions. It would be helpful if I could get a link mentioning the differences in details / in a table format.
