Hi @Enin Loretta

You can view the information on this help page:

How does cancellation impact your data?

If you cancel your product subscription, we won’t process any further renewals. After your subscription period ends, you’ll be able to access your site for 15 more days. Your site will then be deactivated, and your product data will be retained for a period of time, which varies depending on your plan. See Track storage and move data across products for detailed information about data retention policies.

If you want an immediate deletion of your personal data, you can submit a request.

Data retention policies for app subscriptions are not controlled by Atlassian. The data retention period and reactivation time period are set by the app vendor based on their policy and procedure.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your product subscription, we won’t process any further subscription renewals. After your subscription period ends, you’ll be able to access your site for 15 more days. Your site will then be deactivated, and your products will enter a data retention period.

Data retention period

The length of your product’s data retention period will depend on the plan and billing system. At the end of this data retention period, your product’s data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you want immediate deletion of your data, you can submit a request.

@Enin Loretta -

What cancellation are you referring?  Cancelling your subscription?  If yes, then it is my understanding that your site and content associated with the site will be purged from Atlassian after the retention period passed.

Please see the KB articles on subscription cancellation -

The data for Premium  subscription is set for 60 days.

You can follow-up with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to confirm.

Hope this also helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
