Hello team,
We are using Opsgenie to get alerts from the vendor's poly Status page ( Poly Cloud Services Status (plcm.vc) ) , to receive alerts we have used webhook integration with poly status page, However, we are successfully receiving the alerts from poly status page to Opsgenie , after that, we are using status page to create an incidents for Opsgenie alerts, for this we have integrated Opsgenie with status page as per the document available in status page website. unfortunately, Opsgenie alerts are not creating incidents in status page,
Also, we are using the Grafana and Run scope, these are also integrated with Opsgenie to get alerts, and these alerts are creating as an incident in status page, unfortunately we are not getting incidents for webhook integration only.
