We manages a cloud-based system monitoring tool.  The tool feeds into OpsGenie.  OpsGenie has integration to automatically publish to StatusPage.

 

One challenge is the message/description OpsGenie is primarily for the technical responders to remediate the outages.  When it publishes to StatusPage, the messages are too technical for the business community that StatusPage is facing.

How everyone is handled the challenge?  Thanks much!
