I am a Technical Writer (Sr. Documentation Specialist, if you want to get fancy) I've work as contractor for the last 8 years and it has been great! My current client and the previous one are both in the renewable energy sector. My current client is the first fully cloud service provider based company that I have worked with. It is a bit mind blowing! It does it have implications for many of the ITSM related processes, such as Change Management. That process changes quite a bit from one for an on-prem company. So if any one is interested in talking documentation, ITSM and of course, how Atlassian handles the world.
