We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our software products. As a contract member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and design user interfaces that align with product goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts to the development team.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with our Customer Support Team to collect their insights and work with them for improving the UI/UX.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all product touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative design solutions to the team.
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI/UX designs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide design support for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
