Hello @B Sunil Kumar ,

It's possible to make this behaviour using Forms in Jira Service Management. You can build a forms and apply manipulate fields to show or to hide by conditionals. After finished, just associate this form for a Request Type and the magic it's done!

Please, take a look at the Forms documentation here: Use forms in Jira Service Management | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

Also you can see this quick video showing how it works: Dynamic fields and conditional logic | 30 Days of Form Demos | Jira Service Management

Regards,

Fernando

In addition to what @Fernando Eugênio da Silva suggested, you can only look into other third party add-ons to provide you with that capability.

Scriptrunner for Jira and Behavior components

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228522/behaviours-scriptrunner-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Extension for Jira Service Management

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Both vendors apps are "Cloud Fortified" by Atlassian.

Hope this also helps.
