Has anyone else seen the stale or false number of approvals being reported by the Help Portal?

Hi!

I've noticed that when looking between the agent and customer help portal view that the number of approvals is different.  Basically, the agent view and filters are correct from a "waiting for approval / status" update, however, if I or several other users look at their queues from the help portal, it will show x number of approvals needed despite none being needed. 

Has anyone seen or know of a way to fix this bug?
