Want to participate in research on agent efficiency working on issues in Jira Service Management?

Hello Community! 👋 We are working on improving agent efficiency in Jira Service Management.

We are conducting research to better understand your needs when it comes to working on issues and we would love to invite you to take part in an upcoming research study. We are looking to talk to agents who are working on incoming requests in Jira Service Management.

About the research session

  • Time and Location: You'll join a 1 hour session conducted via video call, so you can call in from anywhere around the world.

  • During the session: Each session will start with a general chat to get to know you. From there, the researcher will ask you questions on how you work in Jira Service Management and might ask for your feedback on a prototype or complete some tasks.

  • Your gift: As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a thank you e-gift 🎁
