NOT International Cake Day - 3 ways to incorporate the delicious treat on your Confluence Page

I looked it up. International Cake day is 281 days away. But who needs a special occasion to talk about this versatile treat anyway?

Here are 3 ways to make your Confluence Page more delicious by incorporating cake:

1) Page header image

Did you know, that you can setup a header image on any page? Just hover over the Pagetitle in edit mode and choose from the library or upload your own. Great your readers with a fun birthday cake or a rich chocolate cupcake.

2) Emojis

a) Page Title

A cake at the top of the page isn't enough? You want to show off your fantasti-cake-ly content in the page tree already?

Add an Emoji to your page title (same contect menu as for the header image) and choose between existing baked goods or simply upload your own creation (Note: adding your own emojis needs to be allowed per Site-wide setting).

b) Panels

If you're new to the Cloud you might not know this. The /panel macro can now be customized with emojis and background color to create something like this:

c) Text

Of course, you can also insert Emojis anywhere on your page by typing : , clicking the Emoji in the menu or using the /Emoji macro.

3) Pie charts

It's never been easier to create amazing looking charts, that automatically update based on the Table's content. Simply create a table, fill it with data and click on "Insert chart". You can choose between Pies, Bar and Line charts and customize Title, Colors and the Legend to your likings. The chart will stay updated when you edit the table's data.

Another option is to use the /chart macro, which is a bit more difficult to configure but will give you more options for chart types and other configs.

Who says we have to wait for International Cake Day to indulge in the joy of cakes? In celebration of the versatile and delightful treat, here are three ways to infuse your Confluence Page with the essence of cake. Firstly, elevate your page by setting up a mouthwatering cake-themed header image. In edit mode, a simple hover over the Page Title allows you to choose from a library or upload your own image, welcoming your readers with the visual delight of a festive birthday cake or a decadent chocolate cupcake. Secondly, consider adding an interactive cake recipe to engage your audience. Embed step-by-step instructions, enticing images, and personal tips for baking the perfect cake. This not only adds a fun and informative element but also makes your Confluence Page a treat for the senses. Lastly, bring a touch of whimsy by incorporating cake-themed emoji reactions. Encourage readers to react with cake emojis, creating a playful and lighthearted atmosphere. These creative ideas not only make your Confluence Page visually appealing but also turn it into a delightful space infused with the joy and sweetness associated with everyone's favorite treat—cake!

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ I enjoy the theme. And just wait for inline images to hit your instance, you'll be able to embed slices of cake inline too!
