We want to share with all of you, our valued customers, some details about the upcoming required maintenance.
The maintenance starts sometime after January 16, 2024 and will be ongoing through the end of March 2024. The required maintenance will begin at 1700 UTC daily and will be active for a particular number of hours which will be provided via our status page. This maintenance should only temporarily impact write access to cloud-hosted repositories for a few minutes. The will be no impact to read/browse or automatic deployment operations.
We will have our status page updated daily during this time.

Due to the nature of this maintenance, our users may experience brief interruptions in their ability to perform write operations to repositories hosted on Bitbucket Cloud platform, however it should not last more than a few minutes, but could last up to 30 minutes in rare cases. We encourage users to retry failed git commands a short time after encountering an error, which we expect to succeed. If they are presented with another error, continue to retry the command with short periods of downtime between attempts.
During a maintenance window, failed attempts for write operations via CLI will return with the following message:
This repository is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.

Note: During the scheduled maintenance window, customers are not entitled to SLA credit compensation as outlined in our legal agreement.
