Does Atlassian Intelligence provide conversational AI assistance?
Like MS Copilot, does Atlassian intelligence provide a conversation bot experience in any of the use cases or entry points?
As far as I know, not at this stage - apart from in Jira Service Management, where you can automate support interactions. See more information about the virtual agent on this page

I second Ste's comment. I was expecting much more from "Jira AI".
As of March 2024, Jira AI functionality is pretty much a half baked sql generator based on human language and a description formatter.
Confluence AI enables you some more useful queries on top of existing info, though.
