I’m Caity, the community strategist for Atlassian Intelligence posting on behalf our Atlassian Intelligence team: Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Solutions Engineers and Community Managers who are all excited to connect with our community members about all things Atlassian Intelligence!

As a member of this group, you will:

• Be the first to receive updates about Atlassian Intelligence features
• Dive deeper into different Atlassian product use cases powered by Atlassian Intelligence
•  Discuss best practices and strategies for using AI
• Hear directly from our team as we seek your feedback on new and existing features
• Access AMA (“Ask me anything”) sessions with our Product teams

A little bit of history:

This group was initially launched as a closed beta for our community leaders and trusted members to test early features of Atlassian Intelligence. On December 11th 2023, we announced the availability of Atlassian Intelligence features to the public. At that time, we opened up this group to everyone in our wonderful community!

Since then, we’ve been working hard to bring Atlassian Intelligence features to the products you use every day! There are still many opportunities for members of this group to learn, give feedback, and interact with product managers as we continue to ideate, build, and launch new capabilities.

For members who have been in the group since day one, thank you! We are looking forward to continue to work with you. For those that are just joining, welcome. You’re in the right place!

Got a support question or need help with using our AI features?

If you have a specific support-related question, “how do I…” or “where can I…” we encourage you to ask your question in the appropriate support & discussion board for the product you’re working with. You will get a faster answer asking technical questions in those areas of the community because that’s where our support engineers hang out. If we see technical questions in this group, we may move your post to the appropriate area to facilitate getting the help you need. We’ll always tag your name and let you know if we have moved a post.

How can we make this community space great?

We want to ensure this is a great place for you to:

• Learn more about how you can use Atlassian Intelligence to enhance the way you work

• Discuss common challenges in using AI and how to overcome them

• Share real-life examples from your work to gather feedback, spark discussion, and offer tips and advice

• Ask questions, share your successes and struggles with fellow professionals who can relate

• Establish feedback loops with the Atlassian product teams so we can continue to make our products better for you

Only interested if this is going to be available in Data Center. The DC roadmap does not mention it, unfortunately

@Martin E Atlassian Intelligence won't be available in DC via Atlassian, but Ido know there are partners in the ecosystem that are developing a DC version that can be used. We have to see when/if they want to release that functionality.

Is there any high-level documentation around Atlassian Intelligence that explains the data boundaries? I.e. How is Atlassian managing the data going into and out of the Atlassian Intelligence LLM? We are trying to decide whether these features can be enabled for our users but need more information on how our account data is protected.
