Edition of values in a form in jira service management
Good afternoon all
I have implemented forms for a service management project, in order to have conditional fields shown when a value from different fields are selected.
The forms works exactly as I want in order to the customer to report a request.
I have to create addionatial field to consolidate data so, I have added an automation to populate those fields.
Everything works just fine. The problem that I have (and i think it is because I do not have experience with forms) is that if I want to edit the values in the form, as an agent, in the issue view, it seems that the conditionals are not working.
the first image is the form created that is shown at the bottom of the issue.
Now, whta i intended to do is to modify the "Empresa" Field, the "unidad de negocio" field, and the "Area" Field.
Area field has a conditional to show the values, if that depends on the value selected in Unidad de negocio, if "Area de negocio" is for example "Mercado" it should display the area for mercado, but it is shown empty instead.
Is it impossible to edit a form inside issue view taking into account the conditionals on the form?
If it is not possible, can I edit directly the jira fields so I can impact the values?
