Universal Plugin Manager Update

When I go in the Universal Plugin Manager section there's a message telling me that there's a new version of the UPM with a link Update now ! but when I click the link the page just refresh and nothing happen.

Which version of the UPM do you have? Some of the earlier versions (< 2.7.5) had some issues. You need to manually upgrade your UPM.

I had 2.1.5; I updated manually to the latest (2.7.6), so I can't tell if updating UPM from within itself is working or not. I'll report here when the next version comes out.

A support told me to mannually update with this link :

I have this same problem. No error message either in Jira/Confluence GUI or their server logs.
