Hey,
is there a straight and easy way to show and reference content from another application?
The Content should be displayed on a specific Confluence Page.
For example a organization chart, issue ticket or orders?
This content should be updated in the night, as a scheduled job.
Does anyone have already such a thing? And how can i implement it?
Thanks for you help in advance.

Hi JD,
That page you mention is the API, which you can use with many different languages. If you want to develop a server add-on, you need to

Hi JD, We develop add-ons for Confluence, like others in this forum, so write your doubts and we'll try to help you. Make your questions as specific as you can, because otherwise people won't reply

The projectdescription was edited, know i have to link within confluence pages to content from a database. I tshould be similiar to the confluence->jira inking. :D I love software development :D As i just got informed, i wanted to inform you at once, and ask you for help/hints to this. I m going to read about confluence plugins, triggers and jobs, and also get a look at the confluence jira linking for now.

Hi J D, If you need show content from a database, check this add-ons of @Adrien Ragot (Play SQL / CYO) https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/1210634 or this one from @Bob Swift [Bob Swift Atlassian Add-ons] https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.confluence.sql

Could you develop your question? Do you want to show content within specific Confluence pages from other applications? or do you want to create pages? or do you want to show content outside pages e.g., within the admin pages?
The answers could vary from using iframes, to develop a server plugin or using REST APis...

Gorka
