Hi all,
I have managed to find a directory, which if removed, will remove the style layout of the customer portal. This directory is in 'installed-plugins' - 'jira-servicedesk-2.0.1' - /vendor/css/. If you remove all .css files in here the customer portals style will fall apart. However, i cannot seem to find the where single parts are being generated, for example the header. I'm looking for .vp-custom-theme .aui-header so that i can manipulate the color scheme.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of this? It seems that i can destroy it but not customize it and it's getting a little frustrating - any help appreciated
Regards

Nevermind - the issue was resolved by an internal member of our team. In the end we decided to use cv.soy to call our own css sheet over the top of the customer portal when it loads.

@Leigh Latham
How did this go? Were you able to customize the look of the service desk?
