Bonfire Plug-in on Chrome, IE and Firefox

Ajay Gupte October 8, 2012

I was successfully able to install Bonfire plug-in on Chrome. It works just fine.

However, I am unable to do so for IE and Firefox. When I select the configuration for plugin, a login box comes up that doesn't allow me past it.

Its as if, I am allowed one plugin only.

It is working now. The instruction suggest going from the administration modul. That was causing an issue. While in Jira, there is option under the Test Session->Get Bonfire Extension, which worked flawlessly.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

The login box that you mentioned doesn't seem part of Bonfire plugin. Do you have any proxy configured in your browser?

Cheers

I follow the following stepswhileI am logged into Jira:

1. Goto Administration

2. Choose manage Plugins

3. Select Atlassian Bonfire - JIRA Plugin

4. Click on "Configure".

5. Following Login screen comes up and I can't get past it with my credentials.
