Report to see nr of transitions between issue status

Hi,

I'm looking for a report that can show me the number of times a issue transitions between a status for a particular issue type for example bugs. 

I want to see how often we transition back from testing to development and how often an issue is reopened.

You could use a number custom field ("Reopen Times") to achieve this. In your reopen transition you would need to use the "increase value of field" postfunction (see https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.innovalog.jmwe.jira-misc-workflow-extensions).

So every time a Bug is reopened the value is increased by one.
