How to add condition based on custom fields based in workflow transition?

Hello,

I am looking for ways to add condition based on custom fields in workflow transitions.

Eg: if I have custom field dev_status

and work flow transition open -> in progress

So i want to add condition based on custom field value, "dev_status = DD_completed" then only transition will happen.

Please suggest way to do this in JIRA v6.2.2 without plugin devlopment.

It looks very good add-on.

However, I have following question:

1. Does this add-on support auto upgrade if JIRA server is upgraded to new version?
2. Does any add-on supports to add condition or validation for values of custom field "select list (cascading)"?

No add-ons (except bundled ones) support auto upgrade. You have to upgrade them after JIRA upgrade. For the second question, I haven't tried it. So, not sure.

For your second question: you can use ScriptRunner Behaviours.
