Greenhopper's Rapid Board are empty after upgrading to 5.10.6

We were able to see items that are in the unplanned version prior to Greenhopper's update.

Right after the update, the rapid board were empty. We found out that drag and dropping an item into a specific version made it become visible in the rapid board. When we drag it back to the unplanned version, it is still visible in the rapid board.

Any idea how to make all unplanned items visible again (we don't want to drag and drop everything)?

I found out what was going on. The "recently updated" filter was enabled automatically after the upgrade. Disabling this filter put all items back in the list.

We have the same probelm but we already removed this filter as we were not using it.

I tried adding the filter back, this did not help.

How can I disable this invisible filter?
