How to map a custom action to issue transition

We would very much want admins to be able to add our custom issue actions to a workflow transitions. We have for example a custom Log Work action but that is only available on the issue page, not it transitions.

Try adding a workflow post function that performs what is done in the action. You will not be able to add a new screen there but will have to make use of the workflow screen.

The action is a custom screen and requires input from user and validation and other processing on the input.
