Project specific email template

Hi All,

is it possible to create project specific email template?

In our company the system admins would like to switch to our Jira. But they need total different notification emails: with different custom fields.

I guess we can make any email templates as we want. The problem is the events right? As far as I know the event (e.g. generic, create, etc) triggers the email templates.

Can you please suggest a solution? You may met same issues...

Hello Rumi,

you just need to create new events which you will use in your project and map the specific templates to them. If this answers your question.
