How do I Add a Custom Gadget to Jira OnDemand?

David Hoffman June 3, 2012

I am using JIRA OnDemand and am trying to implement a custom gadget to display some information.

However when following all the directions I have seen, I do not see a button to allow me to add my custom gadget to my dashboard.

Adding a custom gadget is the same as adding a custom plugin. You cannot do that with ondemand at this time. The ondemand version has many restrictions as noted in the this url.

Plugins/Gadgets has even more restrictions as noted below.

So did Atlassian create the gadgets that are available?

How do we get a gadget that we want in there?

Also, David Hoffman's screen shot shows that he has 45 gadgets available ours only shows 38. Are there more that we could be accessing?
