How do I change the burndown point in my workflow?

Richard Rayward May 23, 2012

Currently my project burndown is reflected when a task is moved to the far right of my workflow process. I need to show burndown one step before that.

As I understand how this gadget works the issue must be in the 'Done' state so it can count on the chart. I don't believe this could be changed, not inside Jira at least.

Here I found some documentation about what you can do in this gadget:

Thanks for your help. I know how to establish the gadget, but I don't know how to manuplate the date it pulls from Jira. That's the bit I'm missing.

My Jira Chart Board has a "Statistics Burndown Chart" view which shows my projected Point completion rate, compared with my actual point completion rate. To show on this chart as completed effort, my stories need to pass to my last milestone "Done". I want the subject chart reflect completed effort in the the workflow step before done. How do I do that?

I'm not sure what you mean with the burndown... Is this in the Jira designer?
