you could set a restriction to the page that you want to hide. If the user have no permission to view the page (i.e. your customers), he won't see this page in the knowlege base search

But may be I explain the problem a bit more. there are certain general articles stored in the knowledge base and also articles that describe the solutions. Both of them should be available for the users but only the solutions articles should show up on the JIRA tickets under the 'Related knowledge base articles' and not the general articles.
