How do I move the attachment and linked issue fields above the description field in JIRA 5.0.1

How do I move the attachment and linked issue fields above the description field in JIRA 5.0.1?

I have attempted to edit the configuration of the screen I am using (default screen) But when I reorder the fields nothing changes. Atlassian says that's by design and I would need to edit the velocity template that handles the view issue screen. Does anybody know what templates I need to edit to accomplish this? I have had no luck so far.

Its a bit hard these days because the 'View Issue' part is now bundled as a plugin. If you care to do it, following are the steps:

1. Copy the atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip in WEB-INF/classes to a local file system
2. Edit the jira-view-issue-plugin-5.0.x.jar in the zip file and modify the atlassian-plugin.xml.
3. Change the weight property of descriptionmodule web panel as appropriate
4. Put the modified jar in zip and modified zip in WEB-INF/classes
5. Make sure you delete the already exploded jar from JIRA_HOME/plugins/bundled-plugins folder.
6. Restart JIRA
