Cyrille Le Clerc April 11, 2012

Hello,

I understand that Jira On Demand does not yet Adding Gadget to the Directory (1). Is there a workaround to add My New Relic Gadget Dashboards in Jira or Confluence On Demand ?

New relic doc on Jira integration :

How to add a gadget to JIRA

  1. Choose which application(s) you want to monitor in JIRA, and copy the gadget URL for that app from the table to the right. You can click the clipboard icon to copy the URL to your clipboard.

  2. Log in to JIRA

  3. On the JIRA dashboard, click on the "+ Add Gadget" link

  4. Click on the "Add Gadget to Directory" button in the Gadget Directory popup window

  5. Paste in the URL copied in step 1, then click "Add"

  6. The new gadget will now be highlighted on the page. Click on the "Add it Now" button for the new gadget.

  7. Click on "Finished"

Hi Cyrille,

Unfortunately there is no workaround to add the New Relic gadget. All external gadgets are restricted :(
