Gadgets suddenly stopped working

Steve Gigou November 14, 2016

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with gadgets displayed in dashboards. Today, they stopped working, and tells me the board doesn’t exist. The sprint burndown gadget displays the following error:

> Trying to combine JQL expressions without logical operator. The current JQL is '{project in ("COM", "MOB", "PUB", "TEC", "WEB")} AND {status not in ("Idée d’US", "US en standby")}'. »

Other widgets are working fine, and the board is displaying correctly. There was not any change in the JQL query, which is: project in (COM, MOB, PUB, TEC, WEB) AND status not in ("Idée d’US", "US en standby") ORDER BY Rank ASC

I tried to add parenthesis, to change visibility to include everybody, but nothing works. The board was created by me, and so is the dashboard, so visibility should not be a problem. And it was working fine until this morning.

The problem appears on:

  • sprint health gadget,
  • days remaining in sprint gadget,
  • agile wallboard gadget,
  • sprint burndown gadget.

They are configured to display the current sprint (which is open) in a standard scrum board.

Thank you in advance for your help.

EDIT: It seems that the problem also occurs in sprint reports. Graphs do not display at all here, and the error message pops.

It looks like features are back today. A bad update, I think.

Thanks for your answers.

Same here. Resolved this morning.

Same issue here I think. The filter results gadget seems to work fine, however the Calendar gadget is causing the rest of the dashboard to be unresponsive.

We're experiencing this too, both with gadgets in dashboards and reports in standard boards. It just occurred overnight and there seems to be no explanation.
