I installed SourceTree to access my Bitbucket cloud repositories but connected to the incorrect account type during installation. I signed into Bitbucket Server sign in during installation rather than Bitbucket Cloud, and now my SourceTree appears to be set up for server only and is not able to connect to my cloud repositories.
I have tried to remove SourceTree using Win7 Remove program tools, and reinstall the app but I do not get the same installation wizard as the first time allowing me to choose. Hence I am still not able to access my repositories. I installed according to this guide, but chose the incorrect option in step 4.

It appears that some settings have been saved in a configuration that it picks up again as I reinstall it. I have even tried Windows Fixit tools for removal. No joy.
Any tips on how to get my setup to go all the way from the beginning again?
You shouldn't need a fresh installation to connect sourcetree to your Bitbucket Cloud account. SourceTree can work with many repositories from many remotes.
Try opening "View" > "Show Hosted Repositories", then "Edit Accounts...". You should be able to delete the Bitbucket Server, and add a Bitbucket Cloud.
