How to send notification to everyone for a specific project

hi.... i have created a project in JIRA as our service outage. so, when we create a ticket for this outage everyone from our organization will get a mail notification for this outage, update, resolved, closed & any type of update for this ticket . but here only few got the notification others are not. Please check the screen shot; jira----1.jpg 

would please help me out how everyone get the notification from this outage??? & do you have any SMS notification if i want to send everyone for this outage also.

Hi,

it looks like your project is a Service Desk Project. The members of the Administrator role received the notifications, but members of the Service Desk Customers did not.

Please note, by default Notification Schemes will not send notifications to Customers but only to Users.

To notify customers about all issues created, you can change Service Desk notifications in Administration / Applications / Service Desk / Configuration and enable "Yes, send customers both JIRA Service Desk and JIRA notifications". This will make sure they get all issue updates as well.

An alternative to SMS could be HipChat which is free with basic features. But basic level is certainly enough to broadcast notifications to chat rooms.

hi...tibor thanks for your answer. To notify customers as your following process is it notify to everyone as they are JIRA service desk user or one specific project?? because i need only specific project user can get notification; like i have created Incident Management project it's our Priority Level Outage & everyone from our organization will get the mail notification from this Incident project as ticket created, updated, assassin.....etc up to resolved. Only from this project all user can get the notification not others project.
