Can I associate different workflows to different issue types in a project

Project A

Workflow 1 for Bugs, Story, Epic ( having states - ToDo, InProgress, Done )

Workflow 2 for Test case ( having states, Open, Pass, Fail, Blocked, Invalid, Reopen, Closed)

Is this valid? How do I acheive this?
