i want to create a checklist inside a table where users can choose what they like (on the viewpage not editpage).
[ ] apple
[ ] pear
i create the checkboxes using the "checkbox-symbol" from the confluence toolbar.
placing the "checkbox-symbol" OUTSIDE the table (somewhere on the page) and saving the page will create a checkbox that users can click on the viewpage. the box shows the state "checked".
placing the "checkbox-symbol" INSIDE the table and saving the page will create a checkbox, but users cannot click the checkbox. the box keeps its state "unchecked".
where do i go wrong?
Hi,
that's unfortunately a crap workaround. it used to work with immediate response without having to refresh.
the checkboxes would be be ticked or unticked immediately without having to refresh the page.
I opened a ticket related to this and was referred that it's a known bug - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-43602

i got the following tipp:
users have to click the checkbox, then have to RELOAD the page to get the checkbox into state "checked"
that was easy
