Every reloading of pr causes such error.

We have some code that isn't robust against errors. I suspect that is what you're seeing.

I've created https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-8966 to track this, and that issue also includes some potential root causes to investigate. It's probably not exhaustive. If you check your Network tab to see the HTTP code returned when hitting /merge and/or check your server logs, you might find more information to help you diagnose the root error.
