change a hipchat user password as an admin?

I'm a Hipchat admin and want to change a users password. How can we do this?

Hey Ankit, the only way to change user's password is via this API method.

Thanks for your reply. 

Though I am able to change a user's pwd through API method, but when the user verifies his/her account it becomes an 'Atlassian account' and then if I try to update the user's password, I get below error message : 

'HipChat Admin can not update Atlassian account user's password'

Please suggest any alternatives for this issue.
