You'll need some code to do that.
Confluence doesn't have a "search for admin actions" like JIRA because the admin interface is one relatively short page, and ctrl-f in a browser when you're on it is enough. JIRA admin is a lot more complex.

If you press GG you will be directed to the Confluence Quicksearch. The search has similar capabilities to the JIRA search dialog box.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you want here. There's something JIRA does with searching that you want in Confluence, but I can't work out what. Could you explain the requirement a little bit more? What do you want to see in Confluence, and what does it do?
