Hipchat needs to support hyperlinks for more TLDs

(I searched and found existing issues, but everytime I clicked on the link in the search result, it lead me to the homepage for support.)

dot digital is not recognized as a link by HipChat cloud. So since our entire server is installed in a dot digital space, no links to our issues work in one-on-one chats.  

But, oddly, they work fine in ROOMS...  Go figure.

We're having a similar issue. A lot of our internal tools are using the local TLD. None of these get recognized and transformed as links.

They don't work in rooms or private messages. Just started getting this a couple weeks ago in newer cilents on OS X and Linux.
