On our staging server I am testing Jira 6.2.7. As Behaviours has been merged to Script Runner I want to know now what I have to do to get the old Behaviours functionality to Script Runner. Do I have to write each behaviour as groovy script/listener? Do templates exist for standard behaviours?

I have not found anything about that in Behaviours or Script Runner documentation. If I have missed anything, please point me to it.

Thanks in advance!

Just uninstall behaviours and install latest script runner and everything should work fine, you don't need to rewrite anything.

Ok, that that really seems to work, but how do i administer these behaviours now? Are they only viewable in the database? How do I add new ones?

They are there under Admin -> Behaviours... ie in the same place as they were in the old plugin.

What happens if you navigate to

<jira>/secure/admin/Behaviours!default.jspa

?

There is no Behaviours-Tab in Admin/Plugins and navigation to .../secure/admin/Behaviours!default.jspa results in a 404 error.

Propably I messed up the update, I think I will reload the old Jira 5.2.5 snapshot and do everything again...

You could check that the behaviours modules of the plugin are enabled, perhaps they are not for some reason.

I think Behaviour-Tab didn t show because I have not installed Script Runner 3.0 version but the latest version I got by UPM.

Installed version Script Runner 3.0.5 manually and everthing is fine...

Does Script runner 3.0.5/3.0.6 compatible with Jira 6.2.7 ? I already use Script runner. I need some functionality form Behaviours. Since we have version 6.2.7 of jira do i have to get the seperate plugins or just get the latest of SCript runner?
