easy forms

I installed the latest version of easy forms 1.4.1 for confluence and it states that its compatible with my version of the confluence wiki which is 5.4.4. Its was installed by downloading the JAR file and uploading it through the interface. It was successful, and it says its there. The buy now button is present, and it says that the trial license will expire on Dec 25th. When I click on "Easy Form" link under the left hand side configuration menu, I get a error 404. Before that issue started, at one point I was able to create form with the drag and drop option, but when you clicked on the edit form tab so you can change the labels and what not, it would just be blank. Frankly, I am loosing patients with this software.

Hello Hiram,

Is this "Easy Form" link trying to redirect you to another site? The 404 error means that the page in your server doesn't exist anymore, or it changed its URL, in other words, Confluence can't find that page.

Commonly, this can also be related to a proxy setting. I believe it's better to open a ticket with the support team, since they will ask you your network settings and also will analyse your logs.
