Why I can't "Group by" group?

Hi.

I'm trying to export the Time Sheet report in an Excel file, when I choose in the "Group by" field the group option it shows the error that you can see in the screenshot attached:

I couldn't find any issue related to this behaviour and I don't know if this is happening because an add-on problem or because a JIRA instance configuration. I hope someone could help me wit this.
