Confluence plugin calendar permissions

Amauri Toscano November 25, 2015

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Restrict a Calendar

hi

we have a space where the Confluence plugin calendar is restricted to a few users.

The permissions on the space is for confluence-users to view, add pages, add comments.

There is a person that is not in the restricted list and is able to add information on the calendar, and i was wondering if it is because the person has add pages, add comments permissions

Hi Amauri,

Calendars also respect the view permissions of their related space. When you create a calendar in a space, or add a related space to an existing calendar, only people with permission to view the space will be able to see the calendar.

Please check this documentation for more details: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=660737259

Cheers,
