ADD attachment files without having to go into tasks.

I need to know if is possible to attachment many files in jira for a different project

ex. I have this jira projects BELLS, ABC and XYZ and I have some pdf file for each issue BELLS-3, ABC-15 and XYZ-24.PDF and I want to attachment this files without having to go into each of these tasks.
This is possible? using some Dev ou Add-on??

You can do it via REST: https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/#api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/attachments

You will need to call the method for each issue.
