Hello,
In the administration page of our add-on, the user has to enter an issue key.
Actually he must enters the issue key in an <input> tag, this is cumbersome and error prone.
Is there a way to include an Issue Picker in our screen ?

Not out of the box. Though this was requested to Atlassian (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-10666) , they are not willing to add this feature. There are a few add-ons that can do it, check the ticket comments.

If you are handy with JavaScript you can do it by yourself based on rest/api/2/issue/picker REST method.
