I'm getting our test server configured around our workflow. Once I know it is working as desired, I was hoping I could export/import the automation rules, etc. over to our production server. But I don't see a feature in Service Desk that does this. I would prefer not to have to recreate a dozen rules by hand again on production.
If you are talking about automations IN your workflows, you can use the XML ex-import.
If you use tools, you might user their ways to ex-import.
Which other automations are you using?
