Problems with Jira Agile view and Adaptavist Scriptrunner in Firefox

Hi,

our project uses JIRA in combination with the plugin Adaptavist Scriptrunner. Everytime when you switch to the Agile view you get the  error in the picture below. I already spent numerous mails with Atlassian Support and our JIRA admin until we finally found the source for the error, which is the mentioned plugin.

Could you please look into this and provide a patch if possible. We would highly appreciate it, as a lot of developers use FF and this error is pretty disturbing.

PS: the error happens also in older versions of FF and other OS (Windows, Mac)

Hi Ajdin, I can see that the same issue is reported here https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/browse/GRV-610 A couple of workarounds are recommended till we are trying to address this issue: 1) Upgrade your java version to 7 or later 2) You could disable userMessageUtil module Please let me know if the java upgrade workaround worked for you. Hi Thanos, yes sure, SR is v3.1.3 and Jira Agile v6.7.7. Hope you can reproduce it. Regards.

PS: I forgot to mention the JIRA version , which is v6.4.12
